We usually answer within one working day.
Email apps@dodeal.com — tell us your email address and what you were trying to do. Never send us your master passphrase or recovery code: we will never ask for them.
Getting started
- New team: open the app, type your email, tap “New here? Create a vault”, and choose a master passphrase. Write down the recovery code you are shown.
- Joining a team: your team’s owner adds your email and gives you an invitation code. Sign in with your email and enter the code.
Forgot your passphrase?
Ask an owner of your vault to set a new one for you (People → Control → Set a passphrase). Owners can recover the whole vault with the printed recovery code.
Face ID and AutoFill
After you sign in once on your iPhone, the app offers Face ID. To fill passwords in other apps: Settings → General → AutoFill & Passwords → turn on Dodeal Vault.
Deleting your account
In the app: People → Delete account. See the privacy policy for what is removed.

- فريق جديد: افتح التطبيق، اكتب إيميلك، ودوس «أول مرة؟ اعمل خزنة جديدة»، واختار كلمة مرور، واكتب كود الاسترجاع.
- الانضمام لفريق: مالك الخزنة يضيف إيميلك ويديك كود دعوة، وإنت تدخل بإيميلك وتكتب الكود.
نسيت كلمة المرور؟
اطلب من مالك الخزنة يحدد لك واحدة جديدة (الأشخاص ← تحكّم ← حدد كلمة مرور).
حذف الحساب
من التطبيق: الأشخاص ← حذف الحساب.
